Not in Beta 2. The timeout in the options doesn't work on that version. I can send you a more recent build that fixes that so you can set the timeout as high as you want/need.

I'm very interested in fixing this because it is now the last open issue in 1.70 before I put out a release candidate.

This takes less than 5 seconds to launch and login, so I don't think this is a timing issue. It really has to do with alternate settings, as soon as I change to a different name or even save my settings(which changes the profile name by inserting %20 as space) it stops docking on launch.

I was finally able to get this fixed. The fix will be included in 1.70 RC1.
