Hi,
I'm new here and couldn't find any information about connecting to a logmein.com account. Is there a way to do this with mRemoteNG? If not, does anyone have any ideas on how to speed up the connection time to logmein.com?
I love this product already, so I was hoping there'd be a way to connect to logmein.com.
Let me know.

Looks like you can export a custom .rpd file from LogMeIn.com, then just import the .rdp file into your connection list.

1-Log into your account.
2-To the far right of the compuer you want to create a shortcut for, you should see a gear icon under the "Properties" column.
3-Click on the gear icon.
4-From there you should see a "Desktop Shortcut" tab
5-Slect the "Desktop Shortcut" tab abd follow the instructions.

Remote support

I dont use logmein much as I prefer using on premise remote support applications such as R-HUB remote support servers. It provides good remote support experience.
