Remote Machine dropped suddenly from UI

Any remote machines drooped suddenly in between the the execution. Please help me in this issue

- What do you mean by "any remote machines drop suddenly"? Connections to machines?
- When does this happen? What does "in between the execution" mean?
- What sort of connections are they? SSH? RDP? VNC?

Thanks for the reply...

- We have different physical machines which are located at different location. So, we connected to those machines through mRemoteNG and we called those as Remote Machines.
- The machines we are connecting to (RDP) have been re-purposed as Test Agents used to execute automated Test via a Test Controller initiated from Visual Studio. We have experienced loss of connection from these machines during execution and also when idle (Suddenly the machines dropped and in the left panel under 'Connections' displayed as disconnected ).

Is it only RDP that drops connection to the machines? Can you still ping them?

Are there any errors in the Notifications panel when these machines lose connection?

Yes, its only RDP machines connection drop. Yes, we can still ping them.

No error messages are displayed in the Notification Panel.

Sorry, an error message displayed in the notification panel i.e. RDP disconnected! Failed to reconnect to your remote session. Please try to reconnect again. Error code 4360.
