Tab Name with full connection path

Hi,

is it possible to show the Folder/Subfolder in the tab name, not only the connection name.

e.g.
Server1
-> SSH
-> VNC
Server2
-> SSH
-> VNC

So in the tab should be: "Server1/SSH" or "Server2/VNC"
