Hi the solution you're using just give all the shares of the computer. The SidneyP's solution is different : it create a new network drive with the rights parameters ;)

Integration of the LanDesk Remote Control

Application: LanDesk Remote Control
Filename: C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ServerManager\RCViewer\isscntr.exe
Arguments: -A%HostName% -sCORESERVER -c"Remote Control"

You can set "Try to integrate" at "True"

UltraVNC with MS logon

Application: UltraVNC Viewer (MS Logon)
Filename: "C:\Program Files\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe"
Arguments: %hostname%:%port% /user %username% /password %password% /nostatus
Options: Try to integrate

important is the argument
Code: Select all
 /nostatus
as it suppresses the status windows while connecting

Here's another integration for Cisco AnyConnect:

Program : Path\to\AnyConnect.vbs
Args : /h:%hostname% /u:%username% /p:%password%

And a little VBS script called AnyConnect.vbs to launch everything:
Code: Select all
' AnyConnect.vbs /h:host /u:user /p:password

host = WScript.Arguments.Named("h")
user = WScript.Arguments.Named("u")
pass = WScript.Arguments.Named("p")

Dim oShell
Set oShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
oShell.Run "cmd /k cd %PROGRAMFILES%\Cisco\ & cd Cisco* & vpncli.exe connect " & host

Wscript.sleep 100

oShell.AppActivate "Connect"
oShell.SendKeys "" & user & "{ENTER}"
oShell.SendKeys "" & pass & "{ENTER}"
oShell.SendKeys "exit{ENTER}"

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run """%PROGRAMFILES%\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\vpnui.exe"""

Sometimes I need to get my hands on the username/password and mRemoteNG makes it (understandably) hard to pull the password out quickly. As such, I use the following external application definition:

Application: Reveal Password
Filename: cmd.exe
Arguments: /c echo Host: %hostname% & echo Domain: %domain% & echo User: %username% & echo Password: %password% & echo. & pause

Application: Oracle VirtualBox
Filename: "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VirtualBox.exe"
Arguments: -startvm <The name of the virtual machine> If the name has gaps in it i.e. Windows 7 then the name should be "Windows 7"

It's almost like native SSH for windows!

Filename: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

-noexit enter-pssession -computername %Hostname% -credential %Username%@%Domain% -Authentication CredSSP

Information on PSRemoting

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr ... 49694.aspx

CredSSP is required to allow your credentials to "pass through" to other operating systems, for example if you wanted to access a network share on a third computer from your remote powershell session.

http://blogs.technet.com/b/heyscripting ... edssp.aspx

This is a security hole so do some reading before enabling.

Most of my work is across multiple domains, so I needed to use the saved password. If you have at least PowerShell Version 3 you can use the password you have saved in mRemoteNG.

$password = ConvertTo-SecureString "%Password%" -AsPlainText -Force; $cred = New-Object System.Management.Automation.PSCredential -argumentlist "%Domain%\%Username%", $password; enter-pssession -computername %Hostname% -credential $cred
