[UI] Window focus on PuTTY tab click

I recently discovered this tool, and love it! helps organize the loads of connections I have to open.

I have two UX suggestions.

• When clicking between open PuTTY tabs, the cursor doesn't become active. You must click the tab, then click within the window to make the cursor active.

If it could be made so that clicking any PuTTY tab also puts the focus IN the active window, that would save some time.

• Clicking within the PuTTY window when it is not the topmost window will not bring mRemoteNG to the forefront.

If you click on any other part of the mRemoteNG window, including the PuTTY CLI portion, the entire window would come to the front.

I am using Windows 7, if that is related.
