Hi.

I love that mRemoteNG was evolved from mRemote but one of the biggest issues still exist and that it's still does not have any security.

Please implement some kind of encryption that requires a password for decryption of the entire configuration file before it's stored in memory and accessible for mRemoteNG.

I will for sure donate once more if this is implemented and I'm sure that other will follow ;)

Select the top level "Connections" entry in the connections pane. In the config pane, change "Password protect" to "Yes". Enter a password twice and click "OK". This will encrypt the passwords in your connection file using the password you entered.

If you want to encrypt the entire file and not just the passwords, set this option:

Tools->Options->Advanced->Completely encrypt connection file
