click in connection section should raise window

If the mRemoteNG window is partially buried, a single click in the actual connection part of the window (or its scrollbar) should raise the mRemoteNG window. (Currently it gets focus, but doesn't raise.) Raising would be consistent with most other software, such as putty & firefox. rRemoteNG already does this to some extent: a click in the "Connections" area, or even an unused area in the tab section, raises; I'd like to see a click *anywhere* in the mRemoteNG window do a raise. Thanks!

This isn't possible due to the way that mRemoteNG integrates PuTTY. Once we replace PuTTY with a COM or .NET control, issues like this will not be a problem.
