How retrieve the connection informations

Good morning,

First, thank you for this great job that you share with us...

I wanted to replace the menu "configuration" (Property Grid), with a new window a bit more friendly and design into a winform. This will be accessible by right-click on the connection and from a propertie menu.

But the problem is that I do not really know how to recover the information of the connection, and how to save it.

Does someone could help me or put me on a track by where to start, because I'm a bit lost...
